The Manet Room will make you feel like royalty with its rich decor and raised floor.  You will have the convenience of your own private 3/4 bath, desk and a view of the front of the property.

 Edouard Manet, a French painter, whose work inspired the impressionist style, but who refused to so label his own work. His far-reaching influence on French painting and the general development of modern art was due to his portrayal of everyday subject matter; his use of broad simple color areas; and a vivid, summary brush technique.

You will experience the privacy and opulence of royalty in this richly decorated upper room. The raised floor and high bed gives you the sense that you are cloistered away in your own snug corner of the house.
